When I started my design journey over a decade ago, products were physical. Now they're digital. The fact remains, if you're not building a product that people want or that solves a real problem, you're wasting resources. If you don't know who your users are, or what their problems are, then it's time to do some research.
Of all the types of design I love, I'm most drawn to UX, due to the undeniable insights it provides for any project.
